• Leveling and Clearing the site

• Pour or sprinkle holy water all around the site (holy water is the combination of water, cow's urine, turmeric powder, uncut lemon, tulasi juice, mango leaves juice, salt, pachha karpoora)

• Light incense sticks or dhoop sticks and wave the same all around the site in clockwise direction, start from and end at southeastern corner of the site

• Light camphors and wave the same all around the site in clockwise direction, start and end at southeast corner of the site

• Then invite cow or both cow and calf, allow cow to face towards east, offer fruits, vegetables and fresh cooked food, perform pooja and then offer prayers

• Then dig in the northeast and create a small pit, then pour the following into the pit created in the northeastern corner of the site in the below mentioned order:

  • Plain Water​

  • Turmeric Water

  • Raw Milk

  • Pure Honey

  • Cow's Ghee

  • Tender Coconut Water

  • Plain Water

• Then other poojas as per your requirement​s

• Then marking and excavation work

• Then laying of foundation and installation of Mangal Kalash (We provide energized Mangal Kalash)

• Excavation for sump in northeast and installation of auspicious Vaasthu Mandala Loharatnas (We prepare the same by conducting required divine rituals as per the Vedic Scriptures to energize the Loharatnas and provide the same)
